Terese is the perfect blend of professionalism, expertise, availability, attention to detail, proactiveness, and excellent interpersonal skills. She truly checks all the boxes for a realtor who can seamlessly guide you through the complications of the buying or selling process. She is also a very positive and fun person and truly listened and cared about helping us get what would make us happy. It has been a great experience working with her and I can't recommend her highly enough.

I will preface this review by saying, that this is the second time we have worked with Terese O'Dell for buying/selling our home(s). We were so impressed with her professionalism and upbeat personality the first time, that choosing her for our recent sale was a no brainer. She goes above and beyond to help her clients feel comfortable, during one of the most stressful transactions they will ever go through. Terese is totally in it with you from beginning to end. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!

We could not have asked for a better experience in selling our home. This was our first selling experience so we had lots of questions along the way but Terese was always available and eager to answer them and ensure we weren't missing any steps. From the marketing to open house to coordinating with the buyer's agent she handled it all and was always prompt to keep us informed of updates.
